Job summary

Country Meadows Retirement Communities is seeking a Sales and Move-In Coordinator to support the marketing office and related functions. The role coordinates move-in processes, assists residents and families, and helps generate monthly marketing reports.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with one weekend per month and a rotating holiday schedule. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum high school diploma or GED.
• General computer experience with Microsoft Office.
• Must be flexible to residents' needs.
• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and focused to meet residents' needs.
• Respects older persons and enjoys interacting with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Directors with move-in paperwork and resident files.
• Record information monthly to help complete marketing reports.
• Plan and execute special events.
• Type and proofread letters and emails to families, prospects, doctors and referral sources.
• Input data for each new sale in the CRM.
• Order office supplies and keep the office organized.
• Maintain waiting lists and campus information books.
• Prepare information packets for prospective and new residents.
• Copy, fax and mail documents as needed.
