Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience
• Senior Living sales experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office; ability to document electronically

Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move‑in
• Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals
