Job summary

Brookdale Pinehurst is hiring a Sales Manager to lead the community's sales efforts and help residents and families navigate the move-in journey.

You will build referral networks with local professionals, partner with leadership on sales and marketing plans, and strive to exceed occupancy and revenue targets in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology and Microsoft Office; electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults from interest to move-in.
• Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
