Job summary
Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Sales Manager (Finance) to lead revenue growth across our communities. You will guide families and older adults through the move-in journey, build strong referral networks, and partner with leadership to execute sales and marketing plans.
This role offers onboarding, opportunities for monthly and quarterly commissions, and a path to advance within a mission-driven organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
- Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience, Senior Living experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within local community area
- Strong working knowledge of technology and proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation
Responsibilities
- Guide families and older adults through the move-in journey from interest to occupancy
- Generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals and local organizations
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals
