Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Sales Manager (Finance) to guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in, while partnering with leadership to meet revenue and occupancy goals. You will work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referrals from medical, financial, legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses.

The role offers a 3-week onboarding, tuition reimbursement opportunities, and a network of nearly 675 communities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Generate referrals from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and local businesses.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Collaborate with local teams and volunteers to drive community sales.
