Job summary

12 Oaks Management seeks a Director of Sales and Leasing to drive occupancy and revenue in a senior living community. You will oversee all leasing functions, build referral networks, and lead the development of effective leasing campaigns and move-in processes.

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum two years in a selling-oriented environment, preferably in senior living or similar.
• At least one year of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to a philosophy supporting residents’ dignity, privacy, independence and choice.
• Develops and manages leasing campaigns to achieve occupancy and budget goals.
• Gathers information for move-in paperwork to speed onboarding.
• Maintains a targeted referral network and presents marketing materials as needed.
• Performs CRM research and analyzes results to optimize outreach.
• Conducts tours and events to engage prospective residents.
