Job summary

12 Oaks Leader is seeking a Director of Sales and Leasing to drive full occupancy and revenue for a senior living community in Texas. You will lead leasing strategies, coordinate with staff and departments, and manage relationships with residents and families to meet the Approved Budget targets.

You will develop campaigns, conduct CRM analyses, and supervise leasing activities, including tours and lead generation from referral sources and community organizations.

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing or related field required or preferred.
• Two years minimum in a selling-oriented environment, preferably in senior living or related field.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to a philosophy supporting dignity, privacy, independence, and choice for residents and prospects.
• Gathers and organizes move-in information for documentation by department heads.
• Maintains a targeted referral network and provides marketing materials or presentations as needed.
• Develops, manages, and monitors leasing campaigns to achieve occupancy and budget goals.
• Performs CRM research and analyzes results to optimize sales process stages.
• Leads tours, luncheons, and events with prospective residents and families.
• Collaborates with department heads to support occupancy stabilization.
