Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living seeks a Sales and Marketing Director to generate and manage leads, qualify prospects, and guide moves into the community. You will collaborate with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to craft strategic marketing plans and achieve occupancy targets.

You will lead daily activities, build trust with families, plan events, and foster community partnerships to drive referrals while upholding Oakmont’s standards of care and service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience or sales background (outside sales preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and families through calls and tours.
• Ideate ways to increase occupancy and hit targeted occupancy goals.
• Plan and execute events to draw prospects to the community.
• Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration.
