Responsibilities

• Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM.
• Support lead follow-up via calls and presentations.
• Assist in setting and tracking sales goals.
• Prepare move-in paperwork and files.
• Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership.
• Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and move-in packets.
• Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist.
• Welcome and orient residents and families on Move-In day.
• Support on-site sales and marketing events.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families.
