Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living in Englewood, OH is seeking a Sales Manager to guide families and older adults through the move-in journey. You will work with local professionals and leadership to develop and execute sales plans aimed at meeting occupancy and revenue targets.

The role offers monthly and quarterly commission opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and a network of Brookdale communities. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with electronic documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet occupancy goals.
