Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience; senior living sales a plus.
• Proven track record in achieving occupancy targets and referrals.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing and sales activities to generate prospective residents.
• Plan and host community events to engage referral sources and families.
• Tour prospects, follow up, and maintain CRM for prospects and residents.
• Develop annual marketing action plans and monitor census targets.
• Build relationships with local medical and professional referral resources.
