Frontier Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Sales Director for the Pine Ridge Alzheimer's Special Care community in Spokane Valley, WA. The role focuses on driving occupancy through marketing events, tours, and direct sales, with a Monday–Friday schedule (approximately 9 AM–5 PM) and up to 50% travel.

The position offers a performance-based bonus program and a competitive salary, supported by medical/dental/vision and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience; senior living sales a plus.
• Proven track record of success in senior living sales or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse individuals and groups; English proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Perform facility marketing and sales activities including events, tours, follow-up and direct sales.
• Grow the community's social media presence with regular posts and engagement.
• Build the community's digital reputation by requesting positive online reviews.
• Monitor sales and metrics to maximize census and profitability.
• Develop and implement annual Marketing Action Plan with quarterly reviews.
• Engage with local associations and community organizations to connect with senior markets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations promoting the community as needed.
• Ensure profitability by meeting budgets and census guidelines.
• Organize in-house events to generate new traffic to the community.
• Conduct interviews to assess residency qualifications and perform market studies.
