Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ years old.
• English proficiency at 12th grade level.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Understand residents' and family needs with empathy & build human connections during emotional times.
• Enter leads accurately into the database and provide necessary information on senior living options.
• Strategically cultivate leads through calls, tours, and home visits with proper documentation in the lead base.
• Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events.
