Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience in a client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and follow-up in CRM.
• Schedule and conduct in-person tours for prospects.
• Organize and support community sales events.
• Maintain CRM follow-up with leads and inquiries.
• Adhere to Sunday–Thursday schedule and assist as needed.
