Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, including assisted living and memory care.
• Blue-sky sales experience in Senior Living.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education preferred.
• Background in sales or leasing in health care or senior living industry helpful.
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinker desired.
• Expertise in relationships selling and closing.
• Experience with motivational interviewing techniques preferred.
• Ability to build trust and guide clients toward solutions.
• Needs to communicate clearly in English, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead all pre-opening sales and marketing initiatives and achieve pre-leasing goals.
• Establish and cultivate referral sources to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with development, construction, and operations to align sales with milestones.
• Develop and oversee the annual sales and marketing plan and budget, and oversee advertising and collateral.
• Track move-ins/move-outs and referral activity; manage follow-up with inquiries and influencers.
