Job summary

Experience Senior Living seeks a Director of Sales for The Reserve Cherry Creek, opening January 2028 in Denver. Lead pre-opening sales, marketing, market analysis, referral development, and establish the sales culture from the ground up.

You will manage a full-cycle sales operation, build relationships with referrals, coordinate with development and operations, track metrics, and oversee the annual sales and marketing plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living or assisted living sales is required.
• Expertise in relationship selling with demonstrated closing ability.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and empathy for residents and families.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all pre-opening sales and marketing initiatives and achieve pre-leasing goals.
• Develop and nurture referral sources and partners to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with development, construction, and operations to align sales with milestones.
• Manage move-ins and ensure a smooth transition for residents and families.
• Oversee annual sales and marketing plan and track ROI.
