Job summary

Clearwater Living's Austin senior living community seeks a Sales Director to lead rental sales, drive occupancy, and build relationships with referral sources. You will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry through move-in, collaborating with the Executive Director to ensure revenue targets while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience in senior living or hospitality
• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and sales experience
• First Aid/CPR/BLS preferred
• Health requirements including TB

Responsibilities

• Oversee rental sales for all community apartments and maintain occupancy targets.
• Manage leads from inquiry to move-in following policies and regulations.
• Build referral relationships to increase community awareness.
• Plan and execute quarterly sales and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate move-ins and manage budgets and spend downs.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and leadership on sales and marketing
