Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is seeking a Sales Director to drive occupancy growth by building strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners. You will guide families through decisions, conduct tours, and coordinate follow-ups as a trusted advisor throughout their journey to Primrose.

The role requires prior sales experience, a passion for serving seniors, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Previous sales experience required; senior living experience preferred.
• Passion for serving seniors and supporting families through important life transitions.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales and occupancy goals.
• Ability to develop and maintain referral and community partnerships.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing follow-up activities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with community teams and Home Office staff.
