The role emphasizes relationship-building with healthcare partners and a data-driven approach to improve conversion, occupancy stability, and market presence while coordinating with Operations for seamless resident

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred or commensurate experience.
• Sales experience in senior living is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms, with ability to document, manage, and analyze sales activities and prospect information.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive occupancy growth and revenue.
• Cultivate relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
• Lead the sales process from inquiry through move-in and ensure a seamless resident transition.
• Analyze sales performance, occupancy trends, and market data to improve conversion and stability.
• Maintain a tour-ready community and accurate sales systems, while safeguarding CRM data and reporting.
