Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience in senior living is preferred, but not required.
• Technology skills are important. We use technology to track all sales activities.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and problem-solve.
• Strong communication skills are critical.

Responsibilities

• Manage the community sales activities.
• Analyze occupancy and market trends to achieve full occupancy.
• Develop an effective outreach plan based on community needs.
• Ensure apartment readiness and move-in paperwork completion.
• Monitor community cleanliness and readiness for tours.
