Job summary

The Jasper at Meadows Place in Meadows Place, TX is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to drive occupancy and build lasting relationships with residents and families. The community serves about 113 residents and relies on strong outreach and thoughtful marketing.

As Sales Director you will lead the occupancy strategy, collaborate with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales/Marketing, and negotiate residency contracts to ensure smooth move-ins while exceeding census goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred or satisfy state experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supports Executive Director to increase occupancy, meet budgeted occupancy and revenue, and maintain a waiting list for available apartments.
• Develops and implements marketing plans for the Community, refined quarterly for review by the Regional Director of Sales/Marketing.
• Advises solutions matching prospective Residents’ needs and negotiates mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Works with Community Managers to finalize residency contracts and ensure smooth move-in transitions.
