Carlton Senior Living in San Leandro, CA is seeking a Sales Director to drive occupancy and exceed sales goals. You will qualify leads, conduct calls and visits, articulate our care philosophy, and build relationships with residents and families.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday; Starting salary range $65,000–$70,000 per year plus commission opportunities and comprehensive benefits. Join a culture of caring with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old per state requirements.
• Experience working with older adults or other vulnerable populations.
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed established sales goals.
• Make outbound lead follow up calls by telephone and email to qualify leads and sell services.
• Articulate company philosophy and service benefits clearly.
• Handle inquiries to convert calls into appointments/visits.
• Conduct effective appointments with prospective residents and families to convert to sales/move-ins.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Support outreach sales and marketing activities and safety protocols.
