Govig & Associates is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales for a well-established senior living community in Sioux Falls, SD. You will lead sales efforts to support occupancy growth and be the face of the community to prospective residents and families.

The role offers base pay plus commission, a relationship-driven approach, and the opportunity to develop the sales pipeline, conduct tours, and collaborate with leadership to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Senior living sales experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to quickly establish trust and relationships with residents and families.
• Understanding the emotional nature of senior living decisions.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with ownership and urgency.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and following through with prospects.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine passion for serving older adults and their families.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and the local community.
• Lead prospects through a discovery-based sales process to understand needs and motivations.
• Proactively manage the sales pipeline and anticipate availability to support occupancy.
• Conduct tours and follow up consistently with prospects and families.
• Maintain accurate prospect and sales activity in the CRM.
• Partner with community leadership to support move-ins and occupancy goals.
• Develop visibility throughout the Sioux Falls market.
• Bring energy, creativity, and an entrepreneurial approach to generating opportunities.
