Job summary

Independence Village Senior Living is seeking a Community Specialist/Sales Director to lease senior living communities and drive occupancy. You will develop a strategic business plan, manage the sales funnel, create urgency with prospects, and close deals to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

You will track funnels in Salesforce, coordinate with referral sources, and conduct tours of models or vacant units. Travel may be required as part of building occupancy and market presence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Desire to listen to, connect with, and serve seniors by matching their needs to our service offerings and moving them into our communities.
• Aggressive sales instinct with the ability to close while maintaining compassion for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Manages all occupancy and revenue goals for the community.
• Utilizes Salesforce to manage sales funnels, conversion ratios, and move-in metrics.
• Complies with Fair Housing and FTC requirements.
• Seeks new opportunities to expand referral sources.
• Makes daily outbound calls to prospective customers to schedule visits and tours.
• Manages the leasing center on site during construction.
• Provides tours of models or vacant apartments to future residents and referral network.
• Assists with marketing initiatives and resident events.
• Serves as an educational resource for residents, caregivers, and staff.
• Promotes the organization in a positive manner and upholds standards of excellence.
• Maintains communication across the community and coordinates occupancy and information.
