Senior Living Sales Director Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Director to increase occupancy, meet revenue goals, and maintain a waiting list for available apartments.
• Staying updated on operational, competitive, and company data to respond effectively to inquiries.
• Achieving sales and move-in objectives as set by leadership, including annual census and per diem targets.
• Developing and refining quarterly marketing plans for the community.
• Providing solutions that meet prospective residents' needs, overcoming objections, and negotiating beneficial outcomes.
• Collaborating with Community Managers to finalize residency contracts and ensure smooth transition from sales to move-in.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred or meeting state experience requirements.
