Regional Director of Sales and Marketing

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth , and East Texas Market

We are seeking a driven and experiencedRegional Director of Sales and Marketingto join our team and lead strategic sales and marketing initiatives for our communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin and Houston area.

Position Summary:
The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy growth, strengthen community engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across assigned communities. This position demands an analytical thinker with a proven ability to transform insights into effective action plans. This role requires exceptional leadership, creativity, and collaboration with executive directors, community sales teams, and regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales and marketing plans that align with organizational goals and community needs.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to community sales teams to improve performance and achieve occupancy goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and community performance data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee lead generation activities, including digital marketing campaigns, referral partnerships, and event planning.
  • Collaborate with community teams to enhance resident experiences, ensuring marketing efforts align with the Civitas brand and mission.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and forecasting of occupancy metrics.
  • Conduct regular community visits to assess sales processes, provide hands-on support, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Partner with the corporate marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives tailored to each community.
  • Serve as a regional liaison to communicate sales and marketing updates, challenges, and achievements to CEO and senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing leadership experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
  • Proven success in driving occupancy growth and meeting sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the Texas region and some out of state communities.
  • A passion for working in a senior living environment and commitment to upholding Civitas’ core values.
  • Operations Experience is a plus
