The Director of Sales at Fountainwood at Lake Houston Senior Living manages sales operations, connecting with prospective residents through various communication channels to meet occupancy and revenue targets. Responsibilities include lead conversion, executing sales strategies, managing reports, conducting market research, and developing referral networks.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with leads via multiple channels, utilizing professional sales skills to convert inquiries into residents.
  • Build relationships and guide prospects through the sales process, ensuring customer commitment.
  • Implement the Sales Playbook, including discovery, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Manage sales tracking reports, conduct weekly strategy meetings, and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Conduct community walk-throughs, organize local sales events, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Market Conditions & Revenue Optimization
  • Perform quarterly market research and competitive analysis.
  • Identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategic responses.
  • Work towards monthly sales goals, optimize revenue through pricing and incentives, and analyze sales metrics for operational improvements.
External Business Development & Resident Move-In
  • Develop referral networks and conduct presentations to professional sources.
  • Oversee resident move-in processes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and smooth transitions.
Leadership & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in senior living sales is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
