Job summary

Seneca Senior Care is seeking a Senior Living Sales Counselor in the Pittsburgh market to promote our communities and services to prospective residents and families. You will manage leads, conduct tours, and collaborate with staff to exceed sales goals.

The role supports Lighthouse Pointe and Canterbury Place locations, requiring strong communication, compassion for seniors, and a proven sales record. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Compassion for and desire to work with seniors.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in real estate or healthcare, including promotion/admissions.
• Prior experience selling/promoting senior residential and healthcare services preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of MS Office and web-based software systems.

Responsibilities

• Routinely review databases to identify and follow-up on leads.
• Call leads to obtain info on residents' needs.
• Encourage wait list deposits and maintain contact with prospects.
• Meet goals for contacts and tours to achieve sales targets.
• Enter resident information and status into CRM.
• Maintain relationships with current residents and families.
• Identify groups to expand referral network.
• Cultivate leads through interactions with residents.
• Follow up with referrals and promote the Resident Referral Program.
• Assist in identifying events to increase visitation of targeted groups.
• Present and demonstrate community value to stimulate interest and sales.
• Know competitors and communicate features to compete.
• Conduct personal tours for prospects and families.
• Schedule meetings to educate potential residents about community strengths.
