Job summary

Clarendale of Mokena is seeking a Residency Sales Counselor to guide prospective residents and families through the decision journey, building trust and driving occupancy growth.

You will connect with prospects, conduct engaging tours, and collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to implement occupancy and lead-generation strategies. A strong consultative selling background and 2+ years in sales or marketing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, business development, hospitality, or relationship management.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry preferred.
• Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads through consultative sales strategies.
• Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
• Conduct engaging community tours that showcase the lifestyle and value of Clarendale of Mokena.
• Manage inquiries, nurture prospects, and maintain a strong follow-up cadence.
• Overcome objections and guide prospects confidently toward a move-in decision.
• Partner with the Director of Sales & Marketing to execute occupancy and lead-generation strategies.
• Represent the community at networking events, outreach activities, and marketing initiatives.
• Track sales activity and maintain accurate records within the lead management system.
• Analyze local competition and identify opportunities to strengthen market position.
