• Experience with competitive outside and inside sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, organize, and conduct tours with prospective residents and families.
• Respond to walk-ins, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Plan events with Sales and Marketing Team to attract leads and referrals.
• Maintain relationships with residents, families, and care providers.
• Collaborate with executives on quarterly marketing plans.
• Ensure accurate use of sales tools and CRM for tracking leads.
