Job summary

Senior Lifestyle seeks a Community Relations Director in Tampa to lead the sales and marketing department at the community. You will schedule tours, follow up with inquiries, and collaborate with the team to meet move-in goals while maintaining positive relations with residents, families, and referral sources.

You will drive events with the Sales and Marketing Team, manage outreach, and ensure compliance with policies. A driver’s license is required and weekend rotation duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Senior housing or hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Experience with a competitive outside and inside sales environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, organize, and conduct tours with prospective residents.
• Respond and follow-up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, and mail-ins timely and appropriately.
• Plan and implement events with Sales and Marketing Team to attract leads and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and care providers.
• Maintain knowledge of software programs used in the community.
• Participate in weekend call coverage as needed.
• Achieve budgeted move-ins and net gains monthly.
• Collaborate with executives to execute quarterly marketing plans.
• Create a strong community outreach program to generate referrals.
• Keep executives informed of sales activity and progress.
