Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Community Relations Director to lead the sales and marketing team at the community, drive tours with prospective residents, and cultivate relationships with residents and families. You will implement outreach programs, coordinate events with the Sales and Marketing Team, and ensure alignment with the executive leadership on quarterly plans.

The role requires a hospitality/senior living sales background, strong CRM skills, and a customer-first approach to achieve

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living sales or hospitality is a plus.
• Outgoing, people-focused leader with strong drive and accountability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, organize, and conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
• Respond promptly to walk-ins, phone and mail inquiries.
• Plan and execute events with Sales/Marketing to attract leads and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, families and care providers.
• Maintain knowledge of software programs and CRM tools.
