Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Community Relations Director in Albuquerque, NM. You will lead the sales and marketing at the community, conduct tours for prospective residents across independent and assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, and work to achieve move-in targets while maintaining strong referral relationships.

You will coordinate events with the Sales and Marketing Team, engage with families and professionals, and ensure a high level of service and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Senior housing or hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Experience in a competitive outside and inside sales environment.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Outgoing, personable, competitive, organized and self-motivated leader.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Not afraid of rejection; professional in speech and dress.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, organize, and conduct tours with prospective residents of independent and assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing.
• Respond to and follow up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, mail-ins in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Create and implement events with Sales and Marketing Team to bring in prospective residents and leads.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with residents, families, and professional providers of care.
• Maintain knowledge of software programs and CRM systems.
• Participate in weekend call coverage in Manager Rotation.
• Close leads and achieve budgeted move-ins and net gains monthly.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations on quarterly marketing plans.
