Job summary

CRISTA Senior Living in Shoreline, WA is seeking a Community Relations Advisor II to drive occupancy, census and revenue through strategic sales, outreach, and business development across its senior living communities.

You will manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to move-in, build referral networks with healthcare providers and community partners, plan events and tours, and support the Sales team with training and CRM documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develops sales activities designed to achieve occupancy, census and revenue goals for assigned communities and service lines.
• Manages the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through relationship development, tours, application, deposit, move-in, and post-move-in follow-up.
• Responds promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective residents, family members, responsible parties, and referral sources.
• Maintains an active, organized sales pipeline and develops strategies to advance qualified leads toward residency.
• Identify barriers to conversion and collaborate with leadership and relevant departments to develop solutions.
• Provide accurate, timely updates regarding occupancy, census, apartment availability, sales activity, and projected move-ins.
