Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals for assigned communities.
• Manage full sales cycle from inquiry through move-in and post-move-in follow-up.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
• Conduct community tours and presentations to communicate CRISTA Senior Living benefits and services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external referral sources and professional partners.
• Plan and coordinate sales events, open houses, and outreach activities.
• Maintain CRM records with leads, follow-ups, and occupancy projections.
