Aperion Care in Lynn, MA is seeking a Clinical Liaison to build relationships with community agencies and hospitals, sharing knowledge of our long-term care capabilities. The role serves as the main community contact, supporting sales and marketing initiatives to promote the facility and grow coverage.

The ideal candidate has strong sales experience with proven results, experience in senior living or healthcare, and a background in marketing to drive occupancy and revenue.

Formación

• Candidate must have strong sales experience with proven results.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare or hospitality industry preferred.
• RN or LPN preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and area hospitals to promote the facility's capabilities.
• Provide expert knowledge about long-term care facility capabilities to the community.
• Serve as the main community contact for the facility and address questions and concerns.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales and Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Demonstrate understanding of senior living, healthcare and hospitality industries with a focus on sales and marketing.
• Utilize sales and marketing experience to exceed revenue and occupancy targets.
