Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Rehab Liaison to join our marketing team in the community-focused role that blends clinical expertise with sales support, territory development, and census growth.

This position requires a clinical license, strong communication, and the ability to educate referral sources and physicians about hospital programs while collaborating with the Regional Director and Admissions Liaison on contracts and volume growth.

Qualifications

• Clinical license required
• 3–5 years as a liaison or licensed clinician preferred
• Marketing experience in healthcare environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide in-services and professional presentations
• Assist Business Development Director in referral-to-admit process
• Develop call plans and strategies to drive volume using RDS
• Use market analysis data to identify new business opportunities by territory
• Utilize CRM to track referrals and activities
• Educate community, referral sources and physicians on hospital programs and services
• Monitor volume, payor and case growth mix
• Collaborate with Admissions Liaison on contract rates at admission
