Job summary

The Village at Gainesville is seeking a Senior Living Sales Counselor to present the community lifestyle to prospective residents and guide them from initial contact to deposit and move‑in. You will meet with leads through phone calls, personal appointments, tours, and events, applying consultative and relational selling techniques with CRM tracking.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work occasional weekends in rotation with other Sales Counselors.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred—Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or English.
• At least three years in marketing/sales in a senior living setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate a minimum quota of 3 or more sales per month from all lead sources including but not limited to potential resident, staff and professional community contacts.
• Respond to requests for information promptly with a high sense of urgency.
• Provide accurate reports to all appropriate parties
• Maintain regular contact with existing leads; set next steps and advance toward deposits and move‑ins.
• Conduct sales presentations via calls, appointments, tours, and events to convert leads into residents.
• Input data and track leads in the ENQUIRE data base; monitor lead sources and progress.
• Match customer preferences to community benefits and guide to commitment.
