Discovery Village Castle Hills in Lewisville, TX, is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to connect with families, give tours, and help residents start their next chapter in our independent living community. As part of the Sales team, you will execute sales processes to inspire prospective residents to move in, manage new and existing inquiries, and support occupancy targets.

You’ll work with the Director of Sales to coordinate tours, maintain CRM data, and contribute to the community’s move-in

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• One year’s experience in an administrative sales or customer service role.

Responsabilités

• Answers inbound sales calls and engages prospects to gather contact information and begin discovery.
• Greets tours and escorts prospects to create a smooth introduction to the Director of Sales.
• Maintains the CRM with accurate prospect data and generates reports as required.
• Supports move-in processes and ensures the community is prepared for residents and tours.
• Coordinates and promotes sales events and referral programs to drive occupancy.
