Legend Senior Living® is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our sales team in Coppell, TX. You will conduct residence tours, lead outreach activities, and guide families through the sales process to help them choose a new home for their loved one.

You will engage with prospective residents, coordinate events and referrals, and work toward budgeted occupancy goals while documenting all sales activity. The role may involve evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or sales support is preferred.
• College degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial contact, follow-up contact and residence tours for potential residents or family members.
• Raise community awareness through outreach programs and referrals.
• Plan and execute lead events according to the approved schedule.
• Maintain occupancy goals and document all sales activity.
• Assist with Ready for Company and 100 Hours/100 Days programs.
