Job summary

Discovery Senior Living is hiring a Sales Associate for Tiffany Court at Kingston to support the community’s sales operations. The role focuses on turning inquiries into move-ins by guiding prospects through tours, managing the CRM, and coordinating sales programs.

The Sales Associate will help execute the move-in process, coordinate with clinical and operations teams, and contribute to occupancy targets while maintaining high standards of resident experience.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience in an administrative sales or customer service role.
• Associates degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound sales calls and qualifications leads.
• Greets tours and escorts prospects to the Discovery Room.
• Manages CRM data for accuracy and completeness.
• Produces weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
• Assists with model apartment tours to ensure readiness and presentation.
• Makes outbound calls to generate tours and next steps.
• Monitors sales collateral and inventories, and reorders as needed.
• Coordinates and executes the sales event calendar and activities.
• Conducts tours during coverage times when needed.
• Administers lead distribution and supports sales acceleration programs.
• Promotes the Resident Referral and Ambassador Programs.
• Manages the Be Our Guest program as needed.
• Assists with move-in paperwork and resident assessments.
