Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, Virginia is seeking a sales-oriented professional to drive resident engagement and revenue. You will manage phone and in-person sales, conduct group meetings, and nurture customer relationships throughout a lengthy 12–18 month cycle.

Ideal candidates bring prior sales or marketing experience, demonstrable technology skills, and the ability to leverage CRM tools to track prospects and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Experience with a long sales cycle (12–18 months) strongly desired.
• Proven technology skills with CRM and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects through daily phone sales, face-to-face meetings, and group sales.
• Influence prospects with strategic messages, tactics and events.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships that generate revenue.
• Conduct extensive follow-up, retention programs, and follow‑thru activities.
• Conduct phone sales to increase appointments attended by prospective residents.
• Maintain the integrity of our CRM database information and reports.

Compensation

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience, plus commission.

How you will make an impact
