Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Assisted Living Manager to oversee the success of the Assisted Living Neighborhoods. You will partner with residents, family members, and staff to support social service needs and ensure high-quality resident care and customer service.

Responsibilities include holistic assessments, care planning, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams to implement plans and transitions between levels of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Knowledge of geriatric population and aging process.
• Meets state-specific requirements for management certification of assisted living.
• ADC/ADCP or CTRS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead holistic, person-centered assessment and care planning.
• Conduct pre-residency assessments and determine appropriate residency level.
• Evaluate psychosocial needs and coordinate care and services.
• Communicate plan of care changes with residents and families.
• Provide psychosocial support via family meetings or support groups.
• Collaborate with social workers to develop educational programming for residents and families.
