Ideal candidates have experience in sales or customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort with Yardi, email, and MS Office. Occasional evening or weekend events may be required as part of outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with older adults and families in a professional, discreet manner.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents and families to understand preferences and needs.
• Guide the move-in journey, coordinating tours, referrals, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the community team to ensure a smooth sales process and transition.
