Job summary

The Willows & Whitney Place at Medway is seeking a Senior Living Sales Associate to connect with prospective residents and families, guiding them through the sales and move-in journey with warmth and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have experience in sales or customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort with Yardi, email, and MS Office. Occasional evening or weekend events may be required as part of outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with older adults and families in a professional, discreet manner.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents and families to understand preferences and needs.

Description

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, providing exceptional customer service, and helping families navigate one of life’s most important decisions. As a Senior Living Sales Associate, you will work closely with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and the community team throughout the sales and move-in journey.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A warm, professional approach when working with older adults and families.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities.
• Comfortable using Yardi systems, email, Microsoft Office, and other business technology.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented while also being a collaborative team member.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Flexibility to participate in occasional evening or weekend appointments, tours, and community events as needed.
