Truewood by Merrill, Boise is seeking a Senior Living Sales Assistant (Community Relations Assistant) to support residents and drive community engagement within our welcoming senior living community. You will handle inquiries, schedule tours, and assist with lead management and marketing activities to help families understand the care we provide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience or training in sales and marketing preferred.
• At least 25 years of age to drive company vehicle.
• Has at least one year of experience OR training in sales or marketing (Preferred).
• Experience in senior living is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists with basic sales processes as directed by the CRD.
• Takes inquiry calls and responds to internet inquiries.
• Schedules and conducts community tours.
• Conducts prospect follow-up calls, e-mails, mailings, etc.
• Assists with management of the community’s lead bank (Yardi) including data entry, lead management, scheduling and completing calendar tasks.
