Job summary

August Health is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own post go-live adoption and renewal strategies for senior living operators. You will partner with Implementation, Product, and Support to ensure customers realize the full value of the platform.

In this role, you will build trusted advisor relationships, translate client goals into actionable workflows, and drive ROI while enabling expansion opportunities across our health-tech platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role in healthcare or senior living is preferred.
• Proactive, curious, and able to translate needs into workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned customers, building long-lasting relationships.
• Assess configurations and workflows to meet evolving needs.
• Understand customer goals, success metrics, and ROI drivers.
• Conduct regular check-ins to foster trust and adoption.
• Drive platform adoption and monitor health metrics to mitigate risks.
• Identify expansion opportunities and lead success reviews.
• Represent the company at onsite visits and conferences (travel up to 25%).
