Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to promote, restore, and maintain residents’ health and well-being. The role collaborates with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates to deliver physical and psychosocial support.

Newly increased wage scale; compensation $42.00 - $50.00 per hour plus shift differentials. Full-time sign-on bonus $3,000; part-time $1,500. Onsite wellness, medical centers, parking, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license in the state they will practice.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• A passion for caring for seniors.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach to support health and wellbeing.
• Performing clinical duties in accordance with nursing standards.
• Promoting resident independence through care goals and education.
• Monitoring resident status and acting on changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborating with care associates for routine nursing care.
• Maintaining infection prevention and administering medications.
• Coordinating Holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supporting resident preferences in the EMR.
• Ensuring documentation is current and timely.
• Participating in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager
