Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to promote, restore, and maintain residents’ health and wellbeing. The role involves collaborating with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates on a daily basis.

We offer a competitive wage scale ranging from $42.00 to $50.00 per hour, with shift differentials and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. A strong benefits package, retirement plan, education assistance, and on-site wellness facilities

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families to (physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical) needs.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and teaching residents/families.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates for routine nursing care as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
