Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Hermann, MO is hiring a registered nurse to supervise nursing care and coordinate services for residents in a skilled nursing environment.

The RN will oversee CNAs, coordinate medication administration, perform assessments, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care. Strong communication and geriatric nursing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license to practice.
• CPR certification required; nurse specialty certification considered a plus.
• Prefer 2+ years in a long-term care setting and geriatric nursing knowledge.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care provided by CNAs and others under supervision.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work of nursing team members.
• Coordinates nursing care and medication administration for residents.
• Assesses residents and communicates changes to physicians; documents orders and care plans.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and applicable laws.
